Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGE:

Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order regarding any Returns or Exchange of products.

These items must be returned to LUNA Lash Supplies within 48 hours of contacting us & must be unused, unopened, non tampered with & in the original packaging.

All returned items must be shipped at buyers expense with tracking, This shipping cost will not be refunded.

Once received please allow 24 hours for us to inspect the returned goods & we will then contact you to discuss the resolution.

 

Refunds & Exchange are strictly for faulty items only, We do not accept Returns or Exchange in the event of change of mind or personal preference of a product.

 

We do not allow Refunds, Exchange or store credit on Discontinued & Sale Items.
