Shipping policy

SHIPPING:

All orders are sent via express post within 24 hours of payment being received, Once your order has been sent you will receive your tracking number.

PLEASE NOTE:

Any purchases made after 3pm will be sent the morning of the next business day.

LUNA Lash Supplies uses Australia Post for all of our shipping, Once your order has been sent we have no control over any delays/issues with the delivery.

Please refer to your tracking number to locate your order.

We are not liable for any orders that are Lost, Stolen, Damaged in transit or Misplaced and do not give Refunds, Exchanges or Store Credit in the event of any issues that occur.

Any issues will need to be resolved with Australia Post directly.
